Unlike other web sites we make every reasonable effort to keep your email address safe from spammers. If you email address has already been comprimised by spammers we can't stop that spam from hitting your email account. But we do employ some tactics to prevent spammers from attacking your inbox through your web site.

The first step is employing the use of a CAPTCHA system. Before a form may be submitted the user must enter the security code provided. The security code is listed on each contact form page, but users may also click an icon to hear an audio track of the secury code.

In addition to the CAPTCHA code we also have some code in place that prevents the know IP addresses of spammers and spam bots from ever reaching your web site. It's not foolproof, but it is another layer of protection for your web site.

Another service we provide is individual contact forms for each agent or department. For example, click on the contact link above and you will see contact categories for general inquiries and agents. If you click on the agent link you will see a list of agents with online contact forms available.
