When we say "Featured Listings" we really mean Featured Listings. Traditionally the featured listings on a web site include a small picture and one or two lines of text and then place these listings on the home page and maybe a few other pages of the site. Our idea of featured listings is to broadcast these properties to the world.

To do this we created a special section in the News and Information section called Featured Listings where you can post photos and information of properties that you want to highlight. On your own site there is a featured listing module that allows your visitors to quickly navigate to these properties.

But the power of our Featured Listing system is in the RSS feeds and syndication. Visitors to your web site can easily subscribe to your RSS feed and keep up with your latest featured properties. And each time you post a new article to your blog that post is syndicated throughout the web utilizing sources such as Ping O Matic, Feedburner, Technorati, and more. While this does not guarantee that your blog feed will be picked up by other sites, it does increase the level of exposure for your web site and featured properties.
