Frequently Asked Questions

Can I host the CORE360 Agent site on my own server?
No. The 360 Network integration of property listings and community information pages relies on all participating sites to be located on our servers. You can use your existing domain name, but will be required to switch the DNS settings to point your domain to our servers.

How do I access my web site statistics?
If you have an existing Google account or sign up for a new account we can allow you access to the Google Analytics tracking for your web site.

Can my web support / IT person have access to the back end administration of the CORE360 Agent site?
No. Our back office system is proprietary.

Can I have a custom designed MLS/IDX solution on my CORE360 Agent web site?
No. We are only implementing framed or iframe solutions on our site. Despite the claims you may hear, a custom solution provides no inherent benefits for search engine rankings. Most framed solutions have enough styling options to have an aesthetic appearance and blend in with the rest of your web site design.

Are there any other layout template options available?
At this time we have only one design layout, but there are many color options available. We will be releasing additional templates in the future.

What if I want to switch my CORE360 Agent template to one of your new designs?
Yes, you will be able to switch to a new template. However, there will be an additional charge to configure that template on your web site.

Can I export my listings to my local MLS?
Because different MLS associations have different feed format requirements we are not offering that service at this time. We may offer this service at a later date. Additional charges will apply.

Can I edit the Community Information pages?
The Community Pages imported from 360 Network sites cannot be edited.
