At this time we are not offering customized IDX solutions on our sites, only framed solutions. If anyone tells you that you MUST HAVE a customized IDX they don't know what they are talking about. Do not pay big bucks for a service you don't need!

Custom IDX solutions DO NOT help in your search engine rankings. In fact, Google usually takes these custom pages out of the primary index and places them in the supplemental index. The only benefits to a customized IDX are that it looks a little bit prettier than a framed solution and it makes money for the person who developed it. Don't waste your money! If you are still skeptical go to Google and search for the phrase 'Hilton Head MLS'. Notice the site that comes up after the official MLS site (www.hiltonheadarealuxuryhomes.com). That is a framed MLS solution. That site also has top 10 rankings for all major real estate keywords in the area.

99.9% of your web site visitors could care less whether you have an integrated or framed MLS system. All they want is to see the listings. Save your money for more important things than a customized IDX solution.

With a little patience you can tweak the color schemes on MLS control panel and have the colors match your CORE360 Agent site. Your best option is always to choose a white background and use a color that matches your web site in the table header.
