News and Information, Blog and Syndication
If you haven't already heard, blogging is a great way to keep potential buyers and sellers informed of the latest news, events, and information going on in your market. Most real estatate web marketing gurus will also tell you that you should make at least 1-3 blog posts for your blog to be effective. But even if you don't want to blog on a daily or weekly basis you can still reap the benefits of syndicated web content.
The power of blogging is in the syndication of content. Every time you add content to your site that content is syndicated throughout the internet. In turn, this brings more targeted visitors to your web site. The beauty of the CORE360 Agent system is that content syndication is built into the package, not only through our content management system but also through the integrated WordPress component.
Why do we integrate WordPress into our system? There are many reasons including its familiarity, its ease of use for you to enter and manage your content. Another benefit of adding WordPress is the ability to have it automatically create search engine friendly URL's and allow you to control title tags and meta data that is important in real estate search engine optimization.
Implementing the WordPress system also allows your web site visitors to comment on your articles and posts. Most agents enjoy the feedback and the opportunity to engage potential clients in an online discussion. When you enter your content you can also choose the option to not allow comments on that particular article.
Featured Listings Syndication
As mentioned earlier, when you input your property listings you can choose to have them syndicated to Zillow, Trulia, Google Base, yahoo Real Estate, and many other real estate portal sites. But there's another way to get the word out on your latest property listings. One of the preset categories on your site is the Featured Listings section. Every time you add a property to this section it is syndicated through the RSS feed channels on your site. Your web site visitors can also subscribe to this feed and the other feeds on your site so they are notified of your latest properties for sale.
