Upgrade Option - Advanced Newsletter System

The Advanced Newsletter System allows you to create multiple mailing lists. For example, you may want separate mailing lists for buyers, sellers, and property tour e-blasts. Please note that when using this system the newsletters will not be sent immediately after they are completed. You will schedule a newsletter to be sent on a future date and the system will process your newsletter mailing between 11pm and 6am. This is done to manage our server load during peak and off peak hours. Also, in order to minimize the amount of rejected emails the newsletters are sent out in batches of 75 at a time with a 2 minute pause between batches.

The Advanced Newsletter System also allows you to set up drip email marketing campaigns. For example you could set up a campaign so that when a user registers on your site they are automatically sent a welcome email. You could then set up the system so that after a set period of days (say 45 days) they are sent a second pre-formatted email, and then another pre-formatted email 30 days after the second mailing, etc.

The price for this Advanced Newsletter component is $399 per year. Please note that we reserve the right to remove this service at any time if it has been determined that you are spamming people with unsolicited emails.
