However, we recently convinced the site owner that a new design would not only help in search engine rankings, but an improved design would increase lead capture.  With the new web design, the site is now #1 on Google for "Orlando real estate", and the site is converting even more leads. FeliceLaMarca.com uses complex CSS web design techniques to achieve the menu boxes and shadows on each page. The site uses Active Server Pages and an MS Access database to store and create the agent property listings pages. The site also makes excellent use of virtual tours and full motion video without forcing these options on each web surfer. By offering these as optional choices, web surfers with low bandwidth and slow connections are not as likely to become frustrated and leave the site for a competitor's real estate web site. This web site went live on August 23, 2005 and the SEO process for the site began immediately. Previously, the site received little or no search engine traffic, as the agent concentrated on passive real estate web marketing strategies.



Hilton Head Hotels.com

Hilton Head Hotels and Resorts

Hilton Head Hotels.com launched in November 2005 but is already ranked #1 on MSN for its two primary search phrases, "Hilton Head hotels" and "Hilton Head resorts". This web site is a complete travel portal and allows site visitors to make hotel, airline, and car rental reservations for Hilton Head Island and throughout the world. The site also uses Flash video presentations of the hotels and resorts in the area. Additional video footage of the area will be included on the site in the spring of 2006.

Southern Cartridge Service

Southern Cartridge Service was one of our early projects prior to our conversion to creating and servicing only real estate web sites. We still service this account.

Prior to our re-design and SEO of this ecommerce web site, the site had been online for seven years with little or no traffic. In the first month that the site achieved top search engine rankings, it brought in more business than the previous seven years combined.
